Here’s the old fart again enjoying a fantastic authentic Thai recipe, Chicken and Cashew Nut Stir Fry
I have to say the video we made (I just edited it) is hysterical, factual but hysterical everything contrived to interrupt us but in true “The show must go on Style” we soldiered on through to a fantastic end result which you just saw me eating.
This is delicious especially for those don’t like their Thai food too spicy and you can find the Chicken and Cashew Nut Stir Fry Recipe here.
A great dish to accompany this would be Tom Yum Gung, Spicy and Sour Prawn Soup our own recipe is not too spicy, a lovely balance of aromatic flavours in fact.
But if you prefer something non spicy you could try our Pork Stuffed Cabbage Soup, a substantially more filling dish than the spicy Prawn soup.
