What a wonderful Chicken Stir Fry recipe this is.  Great for beginners learning to cook Thai food as there is not a huge array of exotic ingredients to wrestle with and only a small amount of lighly cooked chillies, their impact softened by garlic and sweet dark soy sauce, not forgetting the delicious favourite Oyster sauce.

Stir Frying is generally fast and furious on high heat which takes a little skill and practice.
