Thai Fried Fish with Crispy Garlic
Here we are again with yet another delightful recipe, totally versatile in the kind of fish you use (although avoiding fish like herring which are full of tiny bones is a pretty good idea) as long as its fleshy and bland tasting it’ll be great, because the real magic of this Fried Fish Recipe is in Khwanjai’s special Spicy, Sour, Sweet Sauce she simply calls Seafood Sauce, but just to prove a point in this recipe she used a freshwater fish and it was blooming marvellous.
I just couldn’t stop eating it, even in the video tutorial I lost myself in the taste and forgot about the cameras until Khwanjai gave me a timely prod in the right direction. A very tasty fried fish recipe indeed!
