Preparing Prawns Thai Style
No recipe here, it’s a Top Tip we just thought we’d do a quick no frills video to show you how to deal with (in this case) Tiger Prawns Thai style, as used in many Thai recipes, but its good practice for all the larger prawns.
Leaving the head and tails on is the traditional Thai way but it’s always up to personal taste, but the tails do make a useful little handle! This video shows both with and without.
